NYU Langone Health is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place a compliance-related report in confidence, you are able to use this helpline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. This helpline is dedicated for compliance concerns, which include issues such as conflicts of interests, HIPAA or privacy and security concerns, and allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse. The information you provide is provided to the Office of Internal Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management by EthicsPoint on a confidential basis, and your information is not shared if you have chosen to remain anonymous when submitting your report.

To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
